And best of all, you don’t need any experience to get the most out of your own SUP adventure!

You can choose from the following rental periods:

• Full-day
• Half-day
• 2.5-hours

If you choose a 2.5-hours hire, you have time to explore Ria Formosa and have a break in one of its islets. We recommend this shorter rental period for families with young children.

Hiring a SUP for half a day or a full day will give you more time to explore the lagoon, perhaps visiting one of Ria Formosa’s islands.
